Fragrant Daphne
Fragrant daphne blooms in early spring giving off a sweet scent. I hear that this flower used to be placed in the lavatory as a deodorant. took on March 22 2006
It is said that Daphne is the name of fairy who was loved by Apolo.
Its fragrance might have been one of the reason why Apolo was so fascinated.
