Edible sprout of spring

I drew spring sprouts of three different kinds of plants.
They are Matteuccia struthiopteris (Ostrich fern), Aralia elata and Petasites japonicus.
Their young shoots are used for wild vegetables in Japan,
but we can get them in only a short term of early spring.
They are seasonal delicious healthy food, and the shape are also interesting.
